Martin Bruckner (1981) graduated in Economics and Computer Science at the Vienna University of Technology and holds a master degree in Social and Human Ecology from the IFF, Vienna (Austria). He was visiting scholar in the master programme of Ecological Economics at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain). In 2005 he joined SERI, where he is part of the research group for Sustainable Resource Use and focuses on environmental accounting (particularly material flow accounting) and environmental indicators from the product to the national level applying input-output and life cycle analysis.
