SERI coordinated a pilot project, called „inner calling and self esteem as a new way” for the jobservice center of Lower Austria (http://www.ams.or.at/neu/noe/start.html).

It was dedicated to people over 50 years old, who have been unemployed for more than 12 months. The projects will use a new methodology called “Selbst und Wert” (“Self and Value”). Selbst&Wert seeks to optimise the individual capacity and success of each human being, based on their uniqueness and originality. It uses special methods of coaching and training in order to integrate all relevant areas of human activities. This includes the areas of economy, work, spirituality, society, health and others. The project accompanied 9 participants over a timeperiod of 3 months.
